How do I track my order?
Once your order sets off on its journey from our warehouse, keep an eye on your inbox for an email containing all the tracking details you need to follow its progress.
If you can't spot it in your inbox, don't forget to give your spam/junk folders a quick scan – it might be hiding there. And if you still can't find it, simply drop us a line at hello@skinnedstore.com.au, and we'll be more than happy to send it your way again. Your tracking information is just a message away!
How long will my order take?
We're right there with you in the excitement to get your fresh Skinned goodies in your hands! Just a friendly reminder, our warehouse has its dispatch shipping days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please remember, this doesn't cover public holidays. Your orders will be processed on the next scheduled shipping day after you've placed them.
Once your tracking details hit your inbox, you can keep a close eye on your parcel's journey, including estimated delivery times. If at any point you start wondering about your delivery's progress, don't hesitate to give us a shout. We're always here, happy to help you track things down!
