Thank you for choosing to shop with SKINNED. Please read our purchase and order terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when shopping with SKINNED.
By shopping with SKINNED you agree to be bound by the purchase and order terms which constitutes the agreement between SKINNED and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. If an order is placed with wrong details, please contact us immediately with your correct details and order number.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. if you enter an incorrect address, SKINNED is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. please see our shipping & handling terms for more information.
If an order is placed but not yet sent and the customer chooses to cancel that order, they will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase. please note we cannot cancel orders after the order has been shipped.
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in australian dollars (aud) and are not required for gst.
SKINNED reserves the right to alter any prices displayed on the website or other forms of communion from time to time and without notice.
SKINNED accepts payment via credit card (visa/mastercard) afterpay and paypal only. Afterpay is only available for customers who live in Australia.
Email receipts will be sent after your payment has been confirmed. different payment methods will entail possible different receipt method, however you will always receive confirmation of your order from SKINNED directly. if you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact
  Afterpay allows you to shop for the things you love and pay over time. Split your purchase across 4 instalments, due every two weeks. All payments are interest-free and there are no additional costs, as long as you pay on time. So buying a $200 item will see you pay 4 x $50 every 2 weeks following your initial purchase payment, all the while the item is at home with you!  SKINNED accepts payment via Afterpay Australia only. We understand that our international customers who reside in USA, UK & New Zealand also have access to Afterpay however, this requires different tax laws in each country and a different integration process and therefor unavailable at our store at this time. 
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
Paypal handles all credit card and paypal transactions so you can be rest assured you will be receiving the most secure payment platform you can.
we do not store your credit card details at any time.
By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to SKINNED business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. of course, you can unsubscribe at any time from receiving updates from us. simply click 'unsubscribe' within one of our mail outs.
SKINNED under no circumstances share your personal information with anyone. we store your customer details through the secure mailchimp platform and is used for the sole purpose of marketing.
SKINNED purchases are processed between Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in queensland. orders are processed within 24 hours and sent via australia post.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive automated emails updating you on the progression of your order.

SKINNED holds the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. although this is unlikely, it does sometimes happen. customers with cancelled orders will be contacted immediately with alternative options given.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us immediately with the order number and the name and quantity of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations and adjust accordingly. please note all packed orders are recorded in our warehouse so all orders fulfilment is traceable.
If you receive a notification stating your parcel has been delivered but you are unable to locate it you will need to lodge an inquiry with AusPost to request a photo of their delivery. If they are able to provide this to you it is recomended you contact the police as once a parcel has been identified as delivered with photo proof it is no longer SKINNED's responsibility.
